The pool area was fantastic with comfy loungers and a great bar. The spacious room had a lovely shower and personalized touches upon arrival that made us feel valued.

We requested parking for our stay and when we checked in, we were told it was full. The limited street parking nearby was very frustrating, forcing us to search for a spot each time we returned. Moreover, the staff were unhelpful in addressing this issue, which added to our dissatisfaction.

It was just a suitable option for a stopover in Palma Nova with value for money. The breakfast had a great variety, but the hot items could have been warmer. Take a room away from the street side for less noise.

This place suits me perfectly with its great restaurant, outdoor pool, and luxurious spa. The staff once helped me find excellent dining options, which I still appreciate. I can't wait to return for a romantic escape.

We took a ZEL Premier Room and it was pure luxury! The sea view every morning was stunning, like waking up in paradise. And the staff, especially Mariana, treated us like royalty from check-in to check-out!

Unfortunately, a wine stain spotted on our sheets remained after cleaning. Clarity regarding mini-bar charges would have enhanced our experience.

However, the noise from the pool area was a bit much at times, and I wished it was a little more secluded for a true getaway feel.

The jacuzzi hours were limited, but the sea views were stunning.

Upon check-in, I was allotted a standard room with little in the way of upgrades, leading to noise disturbances from the cleaners early in the morning. Even though the restaurant had an appealing outdoor dining space, the expensive menu didn't reflect the quality of the food. a supposed battered lobster I ordered was a letdown. The Wi-Fi signal fluctuated, which was a bit of a hindrance for connecting with plans, particularly with scarce transportation options like taxis or Ubers nearby.
